Another commissioned piece of work... a friend told me her friend s little boy was turning 1 and she really wanted one of my pillows for him, and she wanted it to contain the day he was born.

Images are embroidery, made by free hand on a sewing machine. Aeroplane, Tractor, footballs and a car. Also his date of birth is in embroidery underneath his name. And the name is appliquéd using a patterned material that goes with the little boy theme. Designed and Created by Emily Claire.

Christmas sacks

I was asked and commissioned to make two christmas sacks for a married couple. The picture below is Mrs K. I still need to photograph Mr k's... Lots of fun to create and makes an awesome christmas present for friends and loved ones.

Mrs K... Hessian sack measured and put together and ribbon sewn in for the pull string.

The first of many pillows i have created. This was a birthday present for my partner Brett. He has loved Superman since he was a little boy and it inspired me to create this pillow for him, as to me, he is a hero! He is an electrician by trade which inspired me to put the writing on the back of the piece.

Graduation

This was the proudest day of my life. 3 Years of hard work got me my cap and gown, leaving university with a 2:1. My 3 years at Plymouth University taught me many things about myself, i grew in confidence in my art, my personality, and my abilities. Allowing me to produce beautiful work i can share with others. 3 years well spent.
